I recently had the pleasure of supporting a fantastic local gem, resto 577, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was wonderful - we were greeted by the owner who made sure everything was up to par. Party of 2 showed up 40 mins to close and they were happy to seat and serve us! Relaxed atmosphere, we got the fish and chips & upgraded to poutine. Delicious and a large portion. Servers very personable, 100% we will return!
We went as 2 couples and had the best food/service ever. I had scallops and it was AMAZING! Not our first time here but this was the best. Unfortunately I don't remember the servers name but she was very nice and attentive as well. Overall a great evening out with friends
Our first experience at Resto 577 was such a refreshing blend of happy people working there,super fast service,huge quantities of food, and the prices can't be beat. The atmosphere was almost palpable. Can't wait to go back ...that menu is huge! Ps. Try the onion rings... outstanding! Burgers are massive and tasty,salad was fresh and plentiful,even the wine was the least amount I've ever paid for a glass..top shelf,here folks. All the way...
Whenever I am down in the Cap Pele area, I always look for fried clams. The usual spot had burned down. Heard many friends recommend Resto 577. They did not disappoint. Staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and fresh. Clams were excellent. Definitely would go again.

Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. They do a great job at bringing city quality with the small town charm. They were very accommodating and the food was great. It is a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
